Opportunities

The OWLS (Officer Women Leadership Symposium) is a full day event with keynotes, panel discussions, and opportunities for discussion.  The 2022 event will be offered in person at George Mason University with the option to attend virtually on 27 April, 2022 from 9:00am – 4:00pm EST.

The NCC Psychiatry Residency Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee was established in 2020 by residents, faculty, and staff committed to promoting DEI within our residency program and beyond.  

We are a work in progress.  Our vision, mission, and goals are constantly evolving as we learn more about areas of needed growth within our residency program.
